Yoga classes are 60 - 75 minutes. Yoga improves physical health and clears the mind via physical postures, controlled breathing and relaxation. Traditional 75 minute classes will include Meditation, Pranayama, Holding Poses and extended Savasana.
Flow classes are 60 minutes - this is a class where the poses flow from one to another. Class Flows vary from week to week.
Yoga for Weight Loss/Weight Control classes are 50 minutes and include breathwork for building heat (speeding metabolism) as well as Yoga tips for a healthy lifestyle.
All Yoga classes are all open to all levels, modifications and variations will be given as needed, blocks and straps are available to aid in postural alignment. Please bring a mat to class. Student must be able to move up and down easily from their mat.
Pilates classes are 50-55 minutes. These classes are designed to tone, strengthen and elongate core muscle, while improving posture and body awareness as well as relieving stress. The classes are a perfect blend for all fitness levels, including athletes, gaining upper body and core strength with stretching exercises, improving your daily workouts.These classes are open to all levels, modifications will be given as needed. Please bring a mat to class.
Evening Fusion classes are 60 minutes, daytime Yoga Fusion classes are 50 minutes. These classes combine Yoga, Core Yoga and/or Pilates - a perfect blend of Yoga poses to stretch and strengthen the body with Core Yoga/Pilates exercises to tone, strengthen and elongate the core. These classes use controlled breathing and relaxation to reduce stress and clear the mind. Class is opened to all levels. Students must be able to move up and down easily from their mats. Blocks, straps and bands are used in these classes as necessary. Please bring a mat to class.
